Project Experience:

 

Mr. Adderley is a Registered Professional Archaeologist, and has participated in archaeological  projects within the Midwest since 1990.  This includes over 300 Phase I Archaeological Surface and Subsurface Reconnaissance, 20 Archaeological Phase II Testing projects, and 4 Archaeological Phase III Data Recoveries for a variety of contractors, including the Indiana Department of Transportation, engineering and environmental firms, coal mining operations, wireless communication developers and private developers.  The vast majority of this is related to Section 106 or State mandated cultural resource compliance, with Mr. Adderley serving as Principle Investigator or Field Supervisor on the majority of these projects. 

 

Mr. Adderley’s project management experience includes project startup, budgeting, supervision, technical writing and review, client and government agency relations and project closure.  Technical experience includes Windows, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat proficiency for report and technical document production and desktop publishing.  Additional technical experience includes a proficiency in the use of Transit, Theodolite, Total Station and Global Positioning Systems for data collection, as well CAD (AutoCad) and GIS (ArcView) software packages for data management, manipulation and presentation.

 

Mr. Adderley has experience with federal, state, and municipal government agencies, as well as private consultants.  He has written numerous technical documents, including Archaeological Records Reviews, Phase Ia (Reconnaissance), Phase Ib (Intensive Site Assessments), Phase Ic (Subsurface Reconnaissance), and Phase II (National Register Eligibility) Reports.
