Active Environmental has vast experience working with federal, state, and local facilities regarding the discharge of water from remediation systems and industrial facilities in compliance with the Clean Water Act (CWA) and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit Program.

Active consults with facilities and government agencies in order to determine the type of permit(s) required for each individual site and then submit the proper documents to the agency in charge of the project. Active prepares the required permit(s), conducts the necessary monthly sampling required for the site, prepares the required monthly NPDES or Discharge report, and submits the reports accordingly on behalf of the client.
